Job Description

This position has three areas of focus: ensuring sustainable growth for the group and its subsidiaries; enhancing EBIDTA, NP, and return on equity; and overseeing business development activities/functions across the group subsidiaries.

  1. Revenue Diversification/Enhancement: Work towards diversifying and enhancing the company's revenue streams beyond tuition fees. This could involve exploring options for new products or services, expanding the company's reach into new markets, or developing new revenue-sharing partnerships
  2. Establish strategic partnerships that support the group offering, strengthen its ties with industry, and enhance its reputation; this includes a foreign campus initiative to secure a top foreign institution to open a location utilizing an existing asset, i.e., Dubai campus and Dubai-owned land
  3. Mergers and acquisitions: Explore new green field, brown field, and/or bolt-on acquisitions
  4. Review and enhance business development practices within entities to streamline, redefine, and implement improved processes to drive diversified revenue efforts
  5. Lead business development efforts and partnership building to report on monthly progress. Report to include: Potential leads, pipeline development, closed leads, and monthly achievement
  6. Increased diversified revenue across the group
  7. Growth of acquisition portfolio
  8. Growth of revenue-generating and/or value-added partnership portfolio
  9. Streamlined business development efforts across the group

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Relevant university degree
  2. Experience in a corporate environment
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  4. Bilingual
  5. Master's in Business Administration
