Job Description

Lead GSM's UAE market expansion by driving growth for both customers (riders) and supply (drivers). The role blends brand strategy, performance marketing, CRM, and on-ground growth execution to establish GSM as the most trusted and sustainable mobility platform in UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth strategy and execution for India across both riders (demand) and drivers (supply).
  • Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven campaigns and experiments.
  • Oversee driver recruitment and engagement marketing, ensuring strong onboarding and retention.
  • Develop and localize brand positioning and communications that build trust and differentiation.
  • Manage multi-channel performance marketing and optimize CACLTV efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing local growth team and manage budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Global Growth to align priorities and scale impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or user acquisition roles; at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven success in scaling two-sided platforms (ride-hailing, delivery, marketplace, or fintech).
  • Strong command of digital growth tools, analytics platforms, and funnel optimization.
  • Track record of market launch or rapid scale-up in India preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
