Role Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed Growth Manager to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth for our Remittance business. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Business, owning the end-to end customer lifecycle while continuously experimenting to improve key business metrics. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong execution capabilities and has experience scaling fintech, payments, banking, Telecom or consumer digital products.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities across digital, offline, partnerships, and referral channels.
Customer Acquisition
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) while maximizing quality users.
- Manage paid performance marketing, referrals, partnerships, influencers, affiliates, and offline acquisition.
- Work with Brand and Performance Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own customer engagement through Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other owned channels.
- Design personalized lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, repeat transactions, retention, and reactivation.
Experimentation & Optimization
- Run A/B tests across pricing, FX offers, cashback, messaging, landing pages, and customer journeys.
- Develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments, analyze results, and scale winning initiatives.
Product Growth
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve customer journeys.
- Increase adoption of new features and remittance capabilities.
Analytics & Insights
- Build dashboards to monitor acquisition, activation, retention, transaction frequency, and LTV.
- Analyze customer cohorts, funnel performance, and behavioral trends.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns such as Ramadan, Eid, Independence Days, Salary Days, and corridor-specific promotions.
- Coordinate campaign execution across Growth, CRM, Product, Creative, Finance, and Operations.
Budget Management
- Own Growth and Marketing budgets.
- Forecast campaign ROI and optimize spend allocation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL and Excel; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
- Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
- Knowledge of attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) is an advantage.
