As we scale our seller acquisition engine, we are seeking a commercially sharp Growth manager who can build and manage a high-leverage partnership ecosystem within the DTC and agency landscape.

The Role

This is a performance-critical leadership position responsible for architecting and scaling EcomSwap's agency-driven seller acquisition engine.

You will build structured partnerships with agencies, operators, and ecosystem stakeholders that serve 78 figure DTC and e-commerce brands. Your mandate is to create predictable, qualified founder inflow into the Advisory team.

This role owns the seller journey from ecosystem introduction through mandate onboarding.

Transaction negotiation and deal execution remain with the Advisory team. However, this role is accountable for ensuring only commercially viable, well-positioned brands enter that stage.

Success in this role requires commercial maturity, structured execution, and the ability to build trust at the agency-owner and founder level.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing a structured partnership acquisition strategy
  • Identifying and engaging high-quality DTC ecosystem partners (performance, CRO, email, Amazon, and related agencies)
  • Negotiating and formalizing referral and strategic partnership agreements
  • Building and managing a measurable partner pipeline within CRM
  • Educating partners on EcomSwap's Ideal Seller Profile and qualification criteria
  • Activating partners to consistently identify and refer exit-ready founders
  • Conducting structured introductory qualification calls where required
  • Assessing revenue profile, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation
  • Ensuring clean, structured handover of viable opportunities to the Advisory team
  • Monitoring intro-to-mandate conversion metrics and optimizing performance
  • Representing EcomSwap professionally within the DTC agency ecosystem

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Candidates who have previously founded, owned, scaled, or operated an e-commerce brand will be strongly considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, commercial growth, structured business development, or founder-led commercial roles
  • Demonstrated ability to convert warm introductions into signed commercial agreements
  • Strong commercial negotiation and positioning capability
  • Confidence engaging agency founders, operators, and brand owners at senior level
  • Direct exposure to the DTC and e-commerce ecosystem is highly preferred, including:
  • Experience working within or alongside CRO agencies
  • Creative or performance marketing agencies
  • Klaviyo / email marketing agencies
  • Paid media buying agencies
  • Amazon-focused agencies or operators
  • Other service providers supporting 78 figure DTC brands
  • Solid understanding of DTC unit economics, revenue channels, margin structures, and growth levers
  • Ability to interpret financial snapshots and assess commercial readiness
  • Structured, KPI-driven execution style
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • On-site availability in the UAE (mandatory)
  • Long-term interest in building within the M&A and acquisitions environment
