Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Growth Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing initiatives across our brands. This role focuses on driving lead generation, launching marketing campaigns, exploring new marketing platforms, and improving customer acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of executing campaigns while also researching new tools, platforms, and AI technologies that can help scale marketing efforts.
You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to support marketing activities and help grow the company's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
Launch and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including:
Google Ads
Bing Ads
Yelp Ads
Thumbtack
Other lead generation platforms
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
Messaging & Customer Engagement
Create and manage email, SMS, and messaging campaigns.
Develop customer communication strategies including promotions, reminders, and follow-ups.
Utilize marketing automation tools to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Growth & Platform Research
Research and identify new marketing platforms and tools that can generate leads.
Test and evaluate emerging advertising channels.
Stay updated on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
AI & Automation
Research and utilize AI tools to improve marketing workflows, campaign management, and automation.
Identify opportunities to scale marketing through automation and new technologies.
Lead Tracking & Analytics
Help develop systems to track marketing leads and performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including:
Lead volume
Cost per lead
Conversion rates
Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Team & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing partners supporting areas such as social media, advertising, and content creation.
Ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned across all platforms and teams.
Assist in bringing marketing activities in-house when appropriate to improve efficiency and scalability.
Website & Content Support
Assist with website updates, landing pages, and marketing content.
Support the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and creative assets.
Collaboration
Work closely with leadership and operational teams to support marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing partners when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Basic experience in digital marketing.
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, or similar tools.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to test and implement new marketing ideas.
Interest in AI tools and marketing automation technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
