About the Role:
Compero is an AI-powered food discovery and comparison platform that helps users compare meals across delivery platforms and make smarter ordering decisions.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to lead our day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate with our creative team, manage social media channels, execute paid campaigns, and ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time.
This role is available On-site or Remote.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the monthly marketing calendar.
- Manage all social media platforms and publishing schedules.
- Coordinate daily work with designers and content creators.
- Review and approve marketing creatives before publishing.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate marketing activities across different departments.
- Ensure marketing tasks are delivered on schedule.
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to support new feature launches.
- Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
- Assist in building and executing marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers when needed.

- Professional Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken).
