Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to own both brand development and revenue-driven growth across 5 Quarters healthcare platforms, including medical education, online medical devices, and medical insurance projects.
This role is responsible for driving measurable growth while maintaining a strong, credible healthcare brand. The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Performance Marketing
- Own and optimize the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion and retention
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across all platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analyze CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics
- Run A/B tests and rapid experiments to improve performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Brand & Marketing Management
- Build and maintain strong brand positioning across all touchpoints
- Manage content strategy, social media, and communication tone
- Oversee marketing calendars, campaigns, and launches
- Coordinate with PR, influencers, and partners when needed
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms and projects
Strategy & Execution
- Translate business goals into clear marketing and growth strategies
- Launch and scale new healthcare products and services
- Work closely with product, operations, and tech teams
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending
- Prepare performance reports and insights for management
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Revenue growth and monthly sales targets achieved
- Cost per acquisition (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Lead quality and sales conversion rates
- Funnel performance and drop-off reduction
- Customer retention and repeat purchase rates
- Brand awareness and engagement growth
- Campaign performance and launch success
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing and Marketing Management
- Strong background in performance marketing and analytics
- Experience working with funnels, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical education, e-commerce, or insurance is a strong plus
