Growth Marketing Manager

About the Company:

We're building an early-stage startup, its an international AI recruitment platform from the ground up, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us early and own the entire marketing function.

This is a rare setup, you'll have the freedom of an agency and the ownership of an early hire. You'll set the strategy, build the campaigns, run the media, and generate pipeline yourself across the GCC, Europe, and the US. B2B and B2C simultaneously, with real ownership. No bureaucracy, no layers just you, your craft, and a product worth marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Build and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
• Own content strategy in Arabic and English, social, email, SEO, AEO, and product communications
• Build the marketing pipeline that feeds the sales team with qualified leads
• Set up and own marketing analytics measure what matters, report clearly to leadership
• Manage and develop one direct report
• Own the brand voice across all channels in both languages

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing
• Must have worked at a SaaS company
• Must have previously worked at a Saudi Arabian company — this is a firm requirement
• Strong written and spoken Arabic and English
• Hands-on with paid social, SEO, and email marketing tools
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience marketing a B2B, B2C platform to business decision-makers
