Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a strong technical and automation background to design, build, and scale our inbound and outbound growth engines. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, data and engineering, with full ownership of growth experimentation, automation workflows, outbound systems, and landing page execution. You will be responsible for turning strategy into scalable, automated growth systems, from lead acquisition to activation and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
Own and execute the end-to-end growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, and revenue
Design and run data-driven experiments across inbound, outbound, and lifecycle channels
Translate business goals into scalable growth systems and automation workflows
Marketing Automation & Integrations
Build, deploy, and maintain advanced automation workflows using tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, or similar
Design custom multi-step workflows integrating CRM, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, and analytics tools
Implement lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle automation at scale
Outbound Growth & Lead Generation
Build and optimize automated outbound workflows using tools such as Clay, Lemlist, HeyReach, or similar
Own the outbound funnel: ICP definition, data enrichment, personalization, sequencing, and tracking
Collaborate closely with Sales to improve meeting rates, pipeline quality, and conversion
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages (no-code or custom)
Work with tools such as HubSpot CMS, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS/JS
Own CRO experimentation including A/B testing, messaging, CTAs, forms, and funnels
Ensure full tracking via GA4, HubSpot, pixels, and events
HubSpot Ownership (Critical)
Act as the HubSpot power user and system owner
Build and maintain advanced workflows, custom properties and objects, lead scoring models, and attribution dashboards
Ensure alignment between Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM
Maintain best practices for data hygiene and lifecycle management
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Define and monitor growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, MQL to SQL to Closed-Won, and activation rates
Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot and analytics tools (GA4/Amplitude)
Use insights to continuously optimize growth loops and funnels
Required Qualifications
Experience
6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Engineering
Proven experience building automated outbound and inbound growth systems
Strong background working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams
Technical & Tooling Expertise (Must-Have)
Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub)
Strong expertise in automation tools including n8n and Make
Proven experience with outbound tools such as Lemlist, HeyReach, or similar
Experience building and deploying landing pages using HubSpot CMS, Webflow, or similar
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Experience with GA4, GTM and/or Amplitude
Experience with enrichment tools like Clay or similar
B2B SaaS experience
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets
Certifications
HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (required)
HubSpot Sales Software Certification (required or strongly preferred)
HubSpot Operations Hub Certification (strong plus)
