Job Description

We are hiring a commercially driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition, automation and brand traction across Food People and Project People.

This is a high impact role for someone who thinks strategically, executes confidently and measures everything.

You will design scalable marketing systems that attract high quality permanent and fractional talent, generate inbound client opportunities, and position both brands as trusted advisors in the industry.

What you will own

  • Digital acquisition strategy across executive, specialist and fractional audiences
  • Audience segmentation and conversion optimisation
  • CRM driven marketing automation and lead scoring
  • Structured email campaigns and nurture journeys
  • LinkedIn growth and thought leadership positioning
  • Data analysis, reporting and continuous optimisation
  • Implementation of smarter marketing technology and scalable systems

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Strong marketing automation and CRM capability
  • Clear evidence of measurable commercial impact
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions
