Responsibilities

• Lead brand and growth marketing strategy across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee performance marketing, social media, influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to scale the business and strengthen the brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Brand, Growth, or Digital Marketing within DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong background in performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, and CRM.
• Experience managing agencies, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of the UAE and Saudi consumer markets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Candidates fluent in Arabic are encouraged to apply.
