The Growth Marketing Manager at Pay10.com will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple international markets. This role is responsible for building and scaling performance-driven growth strategies tailored to diverse geographies, while ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
You will own end-to-end digital growth across key markets, leveraging data, experimentation, and localized insights to optimize the full customer lifecycle-from acquisition to retention and transaction growth. This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Global Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across multiple international markets
- Drive user acquisition initiatives across paid and owned channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, partnerships, etc.)
- Localize campaigns based on market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory considerations
- Lead experimentation initiatives including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and referral/incentive programs
Channel Ownership & Performance Management
- Own performance marketing channels across regions, including budget allocation, pacing, and optimization
- Scale lifecycle marketing initiatives through CRM, email, push notifications, and retargeting strategies
- Work closely with Creative and Content teams to deliver high-performing, market-specific campaigns
- Identify and unlock new growth channels and partnerships in emerging markets
Analytics & Growth Insights
- Track and optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and funnel conversion rates
- Build and manage dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports across markets
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
- Establish benchmarks and performance frameworks across regions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Data, Sales, and Customer Support teams to optimize onboarding and user experience
- Align marketing initiatives with global GTM strategies, product launches, and regional priorities
- Work with local market teams to ensure execution aligns with on-ground realities
- Champion a data-driven, test-and-learn culture across the global organization
Qualifications & Experience
- 58 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably within fintech, payments, or digital-first businesses
- Proven experience managing multi-market or global campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems across MENA, Europe, or emerging markets
- Solid understanding of growth frameworks, funnel optimization, retention strategies, and cohort analysis
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities
