Union Coop is looking for a commercially driven Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to own end-to-end customer growth across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and partnerships. This is a revenue-impacting role focused on incremental, profitable growth across stores and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, app installs, and retargeting; optimise CAC and incremental ROAS.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Design onboarding, repeat purchase acceleration, habit formation, reactivation, and win-back journeys.
- Tamayaz Loyalty Growth: Drive tier progression, loyalty penetration, and reward economics optimisation.
- Partnerships: Manage bank, wallet, FMCG, and digital activations; structure co-marketing initiatives and funded offers.
- Customer Monetisation: Increase basket size, purchase frequency, and category penetration; design bundles, thresholds, missions, and lifecycle interventions.
- Strategy to Execution: Translate growth strategy into quarterly roadmaps, monthly campaigns, and weekly experiments.
- Analytics & Reporting: Define growth metrics, measure incrementality, monitor cohorts, and present insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 710 years in Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing, or Lifecycle roles
- Experience in retail, grocery, e-commerce, or omni-channel environments preferred
- Strong understanding of paid media, attribution, loyalty economics, and lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven decision making, experimentation, and A/B testing expertise
- Commercially minded with focus on ROI and incremental growth
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
