Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Growth Operations Lead to join Bybit's Earn & Wealth business.

This role will act as a core driver of business growth, responsible for scaling user acquisition, engagement, and asset conversion (AUM growth) across key products such as Savings, Staking, Dual Investment, and Launchpool.

You will combine market insights, user behavior analysis, and data-driven execution to build scalable growth systems and continuously optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite
  • Build and optimize the full user lifecycle framework (onboarding → first investment → repeat investment → high-value user upgrade)
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns and initiatives

2. User Segmentation & Lifecycle Management

  • Develop user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, behavior, and engagement patterns
  • Design targeted strategies and journeys for different user cohorts
  • Drive precision marketing through CRM, push notifications, email, and other engagement channels

3. Data Analytics & Optimization

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics (AUM, ARPU, conversion rates, retention, etc.)
  • Leverage A/B testing and data insights to continuously optimize user journeys and product experience
  • Generate structured insights and performance reports to support product and business decision-making

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Finance, and BD teams to enhance product capabilities and monetization
  • Collaborate with Content, KOL, and Paid Media teams to amplify growth impact
  • Contribute to GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new product launches, ensuring operational excellence across the lifecycle

Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience in operations within internet, fintech, or crypto industries; experience with wealth/investment products is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of financial products, particularly crypto-based offerings (e.g., savings, staking, structured products, DeFi yield)
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
  • Systems thinking: ability to translate business challenges into scalable, structured solutions
  • Strong execution capability with a results-driven mindset in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience in user segmentation and lifecycle management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

Nice to have

  • Experience from leading CEX platforms such as Binance, OKX, or Coinbase
  • Familiarity with DeFi ecosystems and on-chain yield products
  • Proven track record of executing growth campaigns with measurable KPI impact
  • CFA / CPA or a degree in finance or related fields
