Growth Marketing Manager (Healthcare | Performance & Revenue Ownership)

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thinks beyond ads and dashboards.

This role owns patient acquisition and revenue growth end-to-end from paid click to confirmed clinic attendance. You will act as the internal growth owner, ensuring marketing investment translates into real bookings, real show-ups, and sustainable expansion across specialties.

You will work closely with leadership, clinic operations, and our performance agency to build a disciplined, data-driven growth engine in a regulated healthcare environment.

This is not a campaign management role.

This is a commercial growth ownership role.

What You Will Own

Define and lead the patient acquisition strategy across Paid Search, SEO, and conversion optimisation.

Decide which specialties, services, and capacity segments to prioritise based on margin, availability, and strategic growth goals.

Own budget allocation and performance efficiency (CPA, CAC, booking quality, revenue contribution).

Manage and challenge our external performance agency ensuring accountability, transparency, and continuous optimisation.

Oversee full-funnel tracking from first click to booking and clinic attendance.

Monitor booking quality, cancellation rates, and show-up performance not just leads.

Work closely with operations to improve booking flows, patient journey friction, and conversion drop-offs.

Ensure all acquisition activity is fully compliant with healthcare and ethical advertising standards.

Translate data into strategic decisions not just reports.

Build structured reporting and growth forecasting frameworks.

Identify scale opportunities and performance risks early.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing.

Demonstrated ownership of revenue or booking KPIs (not just traffic or CPL).

Experience managing and holding agencies accountable.

Strong experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, attribution, and performance analytics.

Commercial thinker understands margin, capacity, and prioritisation.

Strong analytical and structured decision-making mindset.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and leadership.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Strong Advantage: Experience in healthcare, clinics, medical services, or other regulated industries.
