PECTIV is an e-commerce UAE-based premium feminine care brand, developed by pharmacist offering innovative hygiene and intimate care products that combine science, safety, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Full-Funnel Performance
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Snap, TikTok, and Google (Search/PMax).
- Launch 2–3 creative tests/week with clear insights and decisions.
- Maintain Channel CAC and MER targets; identify scale paths.
- Support Amazon PPC strategy alongside the marketplace team.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Implement and maintain GA4 + CAPI/server-side tracking.
- Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, subscriptions, SEO, and funnel metrics.
- Standardize UTM naming conventions across all channels.
- Conduct funnel analysis (PDP → ATC → Checkout → Purchase) and recommend fixes.
CRM & Retention
- Set up and optimize CRM tools (Klaviyo/Omnisend + WhatsApp BSP).
- Build all automated flows:
- Welcome
- Cart & checkout recovery
- SKU-specific post-purchase
- Reorder & winback
- Subscription flows and churn-save
- Drive WhatsApp opt-in growth, segmentation, and retention strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with creative team to develop hooks, angles, and briefs.
- Align with Ops & CX on performance feedback, RTO issues, and customer insights.
- Participate in weekly growth meetings; provide insights and clear action plans.
Qualifications – Must Have
- 3–6 years experience in performance marketing/growth for e-commerce brands.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok/Snap is a must.
- Strong background in CRM (Klaviyo/Omnisend) & WhatsApp marketing.
- Ability to read data, analyze funnels, and make fast decisions.
- Experience with Shopify, subscription products, and creative testing.
- Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus.
- Organized, fast learner, and able to handle a full-funnel growth function independently.
