Responsibilities
1.Take responsibility of campaign growth metrics, including user acquisition, participation rates, and conversion targets, by designing and iterating on high-impact growth initiatives.
2.Innovate and implement new campaign mechanics (e.g., gamification, social referral loops, tiered rewards, and interactive task systems) to maintain market competitiveness and drive viral user engagement.
3.Lead the end-to-end design and construction of the VIP CRM and campaign management backend, enabling the business to manage high-net-worth users and complex campaign workflows with precision and scale.
4.Architect and optimize core growth infrastructure, including coupon systems, automated outreach tools, and task engines, to significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market for high-frequency global campaigns.
5.Deeply empathize with the needs of marketing and operations teams to build seamless internal workflows, allowing for data-driven campaign adjustments and real-time performance tracking.
6.Oversee business-driven product lines such as Affiliate programs and VIP-exclusive growth modules, optimizing commission structures and settlement logic to expand market penetration.
7.Conduct rigorous competitive analysis on MarTech and growth trends to identify next-gen campaign opportunities, translating market insights into a scalable product roadmap.
8.Synchronize with technical, risk, and design teams to ensure all growth products are robust, compliant, and deliver a premium user experience while meeting aggressive business KPIs.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of product management experience, featuring a proven track record in building and scaling both user-facing campaign products and complex internal MarTech systems.
2.Strong data-driven mindset with experience being accountable for growth KPIs; ability to demonstrate how product features directly impacted user participation and engagement metrics.
3.Expertise in designing innovative campaign mechanics and growth loops; experience in crypto, fintech, or large-scale consumer engagement platforms is a significant plus.
4.Deep technical understanding of campaign infrastructure, including CRM integration, marketing automation, and the orchestration of large-scale task and reward systems.
5.Proven success in building from-scratch backend management tools that streamline high-frequency operational workflows and improve cross-functional efficiency.
6.Exceptional market insight and competitive analysis skills, with a keen product sense for what motivates financial traders and high-net-worth users.
7.Proactive, execution-driven, and a resourceful communicator capable of translating high-level growth objectives into detailed, effective product solutions within a fast-paced environment
