Job Description

We're seeking a Growth Program Execution Manager to join our Dubai team, onsiteto launching a new global growth and engagement initiative within our fintech ecosystem.

You will execute a growth program, focused on user onboarding, lifecycle management, and community-led expansion across multiple regions. This program will blend program operations, CRM and WhatsApp automation, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a structured growth program end-to-end including onboarding journeys, milestone tracking, and participant experience.
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and operational delivery across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Build lifecycle journeys using CRM and marketing automation tools (forms, segmentation, triggers, templates, workflows).
  • Oversee messaging and notification flows (e.g., email, messaging channels) to improve compliance, engagement, and retention.
  • Maintain program documentation and SOPs so regional teams can execute.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, Product, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and Training teams.
  • Align execution with internal policies and quality standards and escalate issues when needed.
  • Coordinate freelancers, translators, localization support) to accelerate delivery and multi-language rollout.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs to management (example: applications, activation, engagement, completion, conversion, revenue signals).
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance program performance and scalability.
  • Support structured experiments and iteration cycles to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 35 years experience in program execution, growth operations, marketing operations, or lifecycle/CRM operations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and strict timelines.
  • Strong understanding of automation-driven customer journeys (segmentation, triggers, templates, workflows).
  • Excellent execution discipline: follow-up, task ownership, operational detail, and accountability.
  • Strong English communication (written + spoken)
  • Based in Dubai and ability to work onsite (Jumeirah Lake Tower)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, affiliate/partner models, or education/community growth programs.
  • Experience working with messaging-based automations (WhatsApp/SMS-type flows) or chat-led onboarding.
  • Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Thai, Indonesian).
