Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced GTB Technology Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) applications as part of large-scale Core Banking Transformation programs. The role will be responsible for managing technology delivery across Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Collections, and Core Banking integrations.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Banking Technology Delivery, Program Delivery, or Core Banking Transformation projects.
- Strong experience implementing Core Banking solutions, preferably:
- Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBLM, OBVAM, OBP, OBDX)
- Candidates with Finacle, Temenos T24, or TCS BaNCS experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience in:
- Requirements Management
- Gap Analysis
- System Integration & Solution Design
- Data Migration Projects
- Experience managing Core Banking implementation, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Information Security, Incident Management, and Change Governance processes.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle FLEXCUBE product configuration and integration experience.
- Knowledge of Collections and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) applications.
- Experience in multi-country banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology delivery for GTB applications including Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, SCF, and Collections.
- Lead GTB integration initiatives as part of Core Banking transformation programs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
- Oversee system integrations, migration activities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Technology Delivery Managers and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and governance standards.
- Act as the key technology interface between Business, Operations, Program Leadership, and Vendors.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience within Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash Management, or Trade Finance domains is highly preferred.
