Title: GTB Technology Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology delivery for GTB applications covering Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Collections as part of the Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking transformation.
- Act as the single accountable owner for GTB technology delivery across products, geographies, platforms, and integration landscapes.
- Lead and govern multiple technology delivery streams, ensuring adherence to approved scope, cost, timelines, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Align GTB technology delivery roadmaps with overall Core Banking transformation milestones and strategic priorities.
- Review and challenge delivery plans prepared by Technology Delivery Managers and ensure effective execution.
- Manage cross-domain dependencies, sequencing conflicts, resource constraints, risks, issues, and mitigation plans across GTB and core banking integration tracks.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and performance oversight to Technology Delivery Managers and GTB delivery teams.
- Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, skill alignment, execution discipline, quality, and accountability across delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, information security, audit, regulatory, SDLC, change, release, and deployment governance standards.
- Act as the escalation point for major delivery risks, issues, program deviations, and implementation challenges.
- Serve as the senior technology interface between GTB Business, Operations, Core Banking teams, Technology leadership, vendors, and system integrators.
- Govern vendor performance, contractual commitments, delivery quality, commercial adherence, and dependencies.
- Provide senior management with impact-based recommendations regarding scope, timeline, cost, resource, and risk trade-offs.
- Ensure delivery of stable, scalable, supportable, and standardized GTB solutions aligned with target architecture.
- Drive reduction of unnecessary customizations and promote standardization, reuse, and common product models across geographies.
- Ensure successful cutover, go-live, stabilization, and transition to BAU with minimal business disruption.
- Lead resolution of complex integration, data migration, system configuration, process, and compliance issues involving Oracle FLEXCUBE and surrounding applications.
- Ensure accurate data mapping and support troubleshooting of integration issues between FLEXCUBE and other GTB applications.
- Represent GTB Technology in governance forums, program working groups, and senior management reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15–20 years of experience in Banking Technology, with at least 5 years of experience in system implementation and integration support.
- Strong experience in core banking implementation, transformation, integration, and support.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE, including relevant applications such as:
- FCUBS
- OBTF
- OBTFPM
- OBLM
- OBVAM
- OBP
- OBDX
- Experience in requirements management, gap analysis, integration solutioning, and system/data migration.
- Proven experience delivering complex banking technology programs across multiple products, geographies, and integration environments.
- Experience managing Technology Delivery Managers, delivery teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Strong understanding of banking technology governance, information security, audit, regulatory compliance, and change management.
- Demonstrated track record of successful system integrations and data migrations.
