GTM Lead-AI
Our client is hiring a GTM Lead-AI to drive commercial growth and build market presence across the region for an innovative enterprise AI business. This role is suited to a hunter- someone with the relationships, credibility, and communication skills to engage senior decision-makers and convert interest into high-value enterprise contracts.
This is a pivotal role focused on opening doors, leading complex commercial conversations, and helping customers understand the strategic value of next-generation AI solutions, across different sectors.
What you'll be responsible for:
Opening doors
- Use your personal network and market credibility to secure access to senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, and transformation leaders across the UAE and wider GCC
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and create opportunities with major enterprise accounts
- Act as a trusted commercial lead in target sectors, opening conversations that translate into tangible pipeline
Lead the pitch
- Deliver high-impact presentations that simplify complex AI concepts and clearly communicate business outcomes to executive audiences
- Position advanced AI solutions in a way that resonates with both commercial and transformation stakeholders
- Lead senior-level discussions with confidence, clarity, and credibility
Educate the market
- Help customers understand how emerging AI technologies differ from traditional chatbot or automation solutions
- Articulate the operational and strategic value these solutions can unlock across enterprise environments
- Support the market in building awareness, understanding, and appetite for new AI use cases
Own deal execution
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle from first contact through relationship development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract signature
- Drive momentum across complex sales cycles while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout
- Handle objections, commercial discussions, and solution-based conversations without requiring constant technical support
Build market presence
- Represent the business with credibility and energy in client meetings, industry events, and strategic conversations across the UAE and wider GCC
- Establish a strong regional presence and help build long-term brand awareness in key verticals
- Play a leading role in building a new market footprint and creating momentum from the ground up
Skills:
- Strong active relationships with senior decision-makers across the UAE and wider GCC
- Demonstrated success in opening commercial opportunities through existing networks
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience closing complex enterprise deals
- Good grasp of AI, enterprise technology, or digital transformation solutions
- Confident in handling objections and product discussions independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate as a highly autonomous commercial lead
- Willingness to travel extensively and build the market on the ground
