The EMEA Inventory Planning Specialist will execute and monitor the process of replenishment both for Retail and e-Commerce distribution channels, according to the company's strategy. The role will be key to support the development of the replenishment system and distribution model, following the luxury business evolution within the next years.

Key Accountabilities

  • Allocate products (newness and carry over) to Retail stores & e-Commerce across EMEA, on the base of several KPIs: target stock, coverage, sales, store priorities
  • Coordinate with logistics releasing shipments, oversee volumes forecasting and inventory planning process to optimize stock levels in the network
  • Collaborate daily with Global Allocation, Order Management, Customer Service, Warehouses Operations in order to optimize the process of allocation
  • Monitor the inventory performance of the nodes in the network through dedicated reporting systems, to provide several stakeholders with insights and actions
  • Elaborate reports and analysis to drive continuous improvement of the inventory management/replenishment process

Key Requirements

  • Strong team-working mindset, sheer attitude to become owner of the problems and proactively solve them
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented and extremely accurate
  • Previous experiences of 1 year in the same or similar roles are preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Engineering or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of SQL, DB architecture, Python, KNIME is a plus
  • Proficiency in English language
