Human Resources:
Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company's strategy, practice and objectives.

HR Operations:
Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labour laws

Key Requirements

• Educational qualification in Human Resources preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential

• Accuracy and attention to detail needed

• Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively

• Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment

• Fluency in Italian and English

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
