Where and when could you start the internship with us

Starting from June, 2023, we will offer an internship opportunity in the EMEAHuman Resources team.

Key Accountabilities

EMEA HR (Florence)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Understanding the HR world within the Region EMEA
• Focus on recruiting activities
• Ability to work on analysis and reporting
• Training on internal tool (Workday) and management of HR processes through a structured and complex instrument
• Basic knowledge of Retail Commissions Scheme and relative tool (Xactly)
• Ability to work with different stakeholder across the Region (HR/Business).

• Learn Gucci/Corporate processes, values, and ways of working

• Develop critical thinking and autonomy
• Learn proficient usage of work tools (e.g., Power Point & Excel).

What are the basics

• Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

How will the Recruitment process look like

• After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team
