Key Accountabilities

• Celebrities press, web and social networks monitoring
• Internal circulation of celebrities clippings
• Support the team in the organization of the digital archive of press materials, celebrities photos and projects
• Support in the creation of projects reports (both in Excel and Power Point)
• Back office activities (managing Excel lists, celebrities logistic needs, etc.)
• Support to the celebrities warehouse activities (storage, packaging, loading of shipments and deliveries, etc.)

What will you learn with us

• Acquisition of knowledge and skills on the entertainment pr office functioning and processes
• Acquisition of skills in monitoring and evaluating the press coverage achieved for specific projects and VIPs product placement
• Acquisition of skills in the samples traceability process

What are the basics

• Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
