Key Accountabilities

You will support the Southern Europe Merchandising Team in the following activities:
Perform market and competitor's analysis in terms of product and pricing positioning
Analysis of main product categories to guide and maximize sales opportunities, as per the global guidelines and company strategy, ensuring a balanced product mix by Store
Weekly reporting on sales
Daily relationship with the stores to adjust merchandising plan execution & Market visits
Coordinate merchandising activities and product launches
Work in partnership with Regional team to guarantee merchandising strategy follows and exploit buying investments
Buying Campaign activities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economic/Fashion management
Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
Great sensibility on product and knowledge, competitors offer and positioning
Familiarity with the luxury market
Proactive, dynamic, strong relational skills and attitude in team working
Fluency in English
Good interpersonal and communication skills to build useful working relationships
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
