[GUCCI] Retail Performance Sr. Analyst

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail Operations: Supports the sales process - puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations. Sub-Job Family Description - Retail Operations: Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects (changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation, etc.) Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.

Role Mission

• As part of the Retail Excellence and Performance team the person will contribute in the improvement of the Performance of Gucci Korea stores network through an accurate analysis of KPIs, Monthly Target setting and sales planning. The new member will contribute also in the shaping and cascading of the Retail strategy of the Brand in Korea (drafting presentation for the top management and performing ad-hoc analysis)

Key Accountabilities

• Regular reporting and specific analysis
• Presentations preparation
• Communication with HQ and with Store Teams when needed
• Occasionally translation from English to Korean and vice versa

Key Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in analytical role
• High proficiency in data analysis and dataset management (excellence in Excel data elaboration)
• High commitment and motivation. Detail Oriented
• Fluent in English both written and spoken - living experience abroad mandatory
