Job purpose:
Deliver personalised, bespoke service in line with Jayasom's guest service standards.
Anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed expectations.
Promote Jayasom's wellness and sustainability culture by leading through example.
Key operational responsibilities:
Participate in daily briefings and maintain clear, respectful communication with the team.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling all needs and requests with warmth and professionalism.
Build strong relationships with guests by understanding preferences, special occasions, and wellbeing goals.
Deliver personalized, bespoke experiences aligned with Jayasom's wellness philosophy.
Welcome guests, introduce resort facilities and services, and remain available throughout their stay.
Prepare and oversee guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail.
Coordinate wellness treatments, activities, dining, transportation, and bespoke experiences.
Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless service flow and a smooth guest journey.
Anticipate guest needs proactively and resolve requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
Organize special events, excursions, and private arrangements with high attention to detail.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.
Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
Job requirements:
BSc/BA in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Proven experience in a similar guest-facing role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
Experience working with multicultural teams and pre-opening exposure is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of front office operations, reservations, room control, and luxury service standards.
Excellent communication, guest service, and teamwork skills with a strong sense of ownership.
Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with hotel information systems and operational processes.
Positive, friendly, flexible, reliable, and empathetic attitude with high work ethics and integrity.
