Review arrival lists to welcome quests.
Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with
customers.
Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed.
Ensure compliance with health and quality
standards.
Job requirements:
BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is
preferred.
1-3 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in Nightlife industry or Fine dining Restaurants is a Must.
Proven experience in systems such as the FOH system or related field.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
A customer-oriented and professional
attitude.
