Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Coordinator role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Guest Relations Coordinator will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience. They will handle receptionist duties, manage guest communications, facilitate feedback, and collaborate with team members to maintain high customer service standards. The Coordinator will play a key role in fostering strong relations with clients and guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Guest Relations and providing exceptional service to clients and visitors
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions
  • Experience in Customer Service and handling queries efficiently
  • Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in using office technology and software
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role
