About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive - Food & Beverage to join Amara Lounge -Service in Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

• Welcome and engage guests professionally, ensuring a warm and personalized dining experience throughout their visit. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, recognizing preferences and anticipating their needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to maximize operational efficiency and guest comfort. 
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up. 
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. 
• Promote outlet offerings, special events, and seasonal promotions to enhance guest engagement and drive revenue opportunities.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations Executive, Host/Hostess, Guest Service Agent, or in a customer-facing Food & Beverage role within a luxury hospitality environment. 
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 
• Excellent knowledge of luxury guest service standards and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. 
• Proven ability to handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
