About The Role
As a
Guest Relations Executive – Outdoor Bar & Lounge, you will be the face of our guest experience, building meaningful connections and ensuring exceptional service throughout every visit. With a passion for hospitality and guest engagement, you will help create memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact and engage with guests, delivering personalized service and maintaining high service standards.
- Welcome, greet, and ensure guests are attended to promptly and professionally throughout their experience.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, resolving concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Build strong guest relationships through suggestive selling and by creating memorable experiences.
- Present guest bills when required and maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the system.
- Work closely with the F&B team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
About You
- Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service techniques and guest engagement practices.
- Ability to work effectively in an outdoor bar and lounge environment.
- Passionate about interacting with guests and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel environment is preferred.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player who enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment.
