Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will work closely with patients, visitors, and staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Daily responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, coordinating with other departments, and managing receptionist duties to uphold high standards of patient satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for patients and visitors
- Excellent Communication skills to clearly interact with patients, families, and team members
- Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties, including managing inquiries, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a patient-first attitude
- Fluency in English and Hindi, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is a plus
