Job Description

We are recruiting talented professionals to join a world‑class luxury hotel destination in the Red Sea. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a premium guest‑facing team dedicated to delivering refined, intuitive, and memorable experiences to VIP guests.

We welcome individuals with experience in high‑end service environments such as butler service, barista expertise, guest relations, and front‑of‑house operations.

As part of our front‑of‑house team, you will play a key role in creating seamless, memorable experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of elegance, professionalism, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and host VIP guests with warmth, confidence, and a polished demeanor.
  • Provide personalized support including seating arrangements, beverage service, and tailored guest assistance.
  • Assist with guest documentation and itinerary coordination with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support guests with their belongings and ensure their comfort at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate smoothly with internal teams to maintain an outstanding service environment.
  • Anticipate needs and deliver proactive, thoughtful service that elevates the luxury experience.
  • Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns with tact and professionalism.
  • Participate in special events, exhibitions, and hospitality activations when required.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming standards and uphold the brand's visual and service identity.
  • Handle responsibilities related to safety, compliance, and operational procedures as guided.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or official certification.
  • Valid KSA license (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or premium guest services.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and professional presentation.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and basic digital tools.
