Role Description

This is a part-time Guest Relations Manager position based in Buffalo, NY, with a hybrid work model that allows for some remote work. The role involves managing guest experiences at monthly networking events, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and assisting with member engagement activities. The Guest Relations Manager will also play a key role in training event staff and volunteers to maintain the organization's standards for quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities
  • Experience in Training and coaching staff or volunteers
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Passion for networking and supporting professional communities
  • Familiarity with event management and hospitality is a plus
