Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager located in Hurghada. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and resolving customer concerns promptly. The role will also involve overseeing customer service operations, maintaining communication with guests, and developing training programs to enhance staff performance. Providing a welcoming and professional experience for all guests will be a primary focus of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to provide outstanding experiences and manage guest interactions effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with guests and handle inquiries or concerns efficiently.
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and addressing client feedback to improve service quality.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-focused industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
