Guest Relations Officer | Aliving Holiday Homes

Aliving Holiday Homes, part of the Allegiance Real Estate, is looking for a polished, service-oriented and guest-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our growing team in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless guest experience from pre-arrival through check-out, handling guest enquiries, coordinating requests and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during and after their stay

• Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally

• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and special guest arrangements

• Provide guests with accurate information regarding properties, facilities, services and local recommendations

• Follow up with guests to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams to resolve guest requests efficiently

• Address complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions

• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all communication is properly documented

• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience

• Support the team in maintaining high guest satisfaction and service standards

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, hotel operations or holiday homes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional and well-presented manner

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest complaints or urgent requests

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously

• Good knowledge of Dubai and its hospitality landscape is an advantage

• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage

• Willingness to work on weekends and according to operational requirements
