Guest Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their requirements.
• Promote products/services and support sales conversion.
• Provide accurate information and recommend suitable options.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Support achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Track basic performance indicators such as conversion, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, or Customer Engagement preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
