Role Description
Friendly and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist skilled in managing bookings, guest communication, and problem-solving to ensure smooth, welcoming stays. Dedicated to providing exceptional service with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries through computerized reservation systems.
- Provide accurate information on accommodation options, services, rates, and availability.
- Respond to reservation requests from various communication channels (phone, email, messaging apps, etc.).
- Offer solutions to any reservation-related issues (staff or maintenance related).
- Handle payment transactions and booking confirmations.
- Keep guests informed about any booking-related updates or issues.
- Notify guests of any changes or concerns related to their stay.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
- Ability to interact perfectly and achieve the customer's satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, Proactive
- Minimum of 1 years in the same position, customer Care position.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
