Qualifications:- High School diploma, vocational training and/or 1-year work experience
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Previous Hotel experience as Guest Room Attendant
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Task Description:- To service the allocated rooms and maintain the other areas such as corridor, pantry, staircase and lift landings as per resort standards
- Report on time wearing the correct uniform and name tag as per company policy.
- Attend shift-start briefings in designated areas led by your supervisor.
- Be aware of company values like the Colleague Engagement Survey and Forbes 5-Star Classification.
- Be fully trained on resort standards and daily task procedures.
- Use and maintain chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to resort guidelines.
- Prepare and replenish assigned guest rooms and suites to resort standards.
- Manage mobile supplier/collector carts carefully to avoid corridor damage.
- Operate machinery safely and maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and personalize interactions using guest names.
- Be familiar with hotel services and local attractions to assist guest inquiries.
- Protect hotel property in your work area and report any issues.
- Perform full room servicing including dusting, linen changes, vacuuming, and amenity replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies.
- Be ready for flexible shifts and complete all assigned tasks using the task device properly.
- Report malfunctions, lost items, unusual behavior, and participate in inventory when required.
