Job Purpose:
To be the welcoming face of the student campus, supporting residents and visitors with excellent service and ensuring a vibrant, safe, and supportive environment.
Scope:
This is a front-facing role with day-to-day interactions with students and staff. Ambassadors assist with general inquiries, handle administrative duties, and daily check-in & check-out, and support engagement activities, and a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors at reception.
- Respond to general inquiries about campus life, housing, facilities, and procedures.
- Log service requests, complaints, and maintenance issues into the system.
- Perform daily Check-in & Check-out.
- Follow up monthly payment.
- Distribute access cards, keys, or notices as needed.
- Support student events and orientation activities.
- Assist the reservation or leasing team during peak hours.
- Report incidents or behavioral concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Working Conditions:
- Reception-based role with shift rotations as well as SEA desk (including weekends or evenings)
