Role Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you are the first and last face our guests see at check-in, during their stay, and at check-out playing a key role in creating an unforgettable holiday experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests, managing check-in, providing personal assistance during their stay, and supporting check-out
- Handling guest inquiries, providing information, and conducting resort tours
- Administrative tasks & correspondence with the TUI Head Office, tour operators, travel agencies, and guests
- Responding to online reviews and social media messages
- Complaint management
- Organizing and supervising group and event bookings
- Collaborating with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- 6-day work week
Requirements / What You Bring
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in guest services, hospitality, or tourism and knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, organizational skills, teamwork, and empathy
- Flexibility, resilience, and enthusiasm for a variety of tasks in an international environment
- Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and professional presence
- Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills
- Enjoyment of direct guest interaction and creating memorable experiences
