Summary-
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and handling any inquiries or issues during their stay.
Job Responsibility-
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process payments, check-out guests, and ensure accuracy of billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
