Summary-
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and assisting with any guest requests.
Job Responsibility-
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
