Guest Service Officer -Front Office (Russian Speaker)

As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. You will play a key role in creating meaningful connections while upholding the exceptional service standards of the Andaz brand.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills
Well versed with Opera system are beneficial

Language Preferred -Arabic/Russian/German/French Speaker
