About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Guest Service Reservationist to manage reservations efficiently and provide excellent customer service to our guests. This role is vital in ensuring accurate bookings and maximizing hotel occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
Process and confirm reservations accurately in the hotel system.
Provide detailed information about room types, rates, and hotel services.
Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with the front office and sales teams to optimize room inventory.
Maintain and update reservation records and reports.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality is required.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar customer service role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
