Guest Services Associate Trampoline Park

We are looking for friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associates to join our trampoline park team in Taif.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, helping with check-ins, bookings, payments, enquiries, and ensuring visitors receive a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to departure.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Manage guest check-ins, waivers, bookings, and payments
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Assist with birthday parties, group bookings, and general reservations
• Support retail and front-desk transactions
• Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Coordinate with the operations and management teams when required

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred
• Comfortable handling cash, card payments, booking systems, and POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
