We are seeking friendly and dedicated Gym Attendants (Female & Male) to join our team at our state-of-the-art fitness center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Gym Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members have a positive and safe experience while using our facilities.
- Greet and assist gym members, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor gym floor and ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym area
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues
- Assist with member check-ins and registrations
- Respond to member inquiries and provide information about gym services
- Ensure compliance with gym policies and safety regulations
- Assist in organizing and setting up for fitness classes or events
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for member management and reporting
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a gym or fitness center (preferred)
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with equipment as needed
