Job Role
- Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Team Performance Management: Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, ensuring clear KPIs and high performance.
- Fitness Revenue Growth: Lead the fitness team to achieve Personal Training (PT) revenue targets.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations including front desk, hygiene standards, and overall service quality.
- Customer Experience: Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
- 2-3 years of managing a sales team
- Leadership: Proven experience managing sales and customer service teams
- Commercial Mindset: Strong ability to drive revenue and translate targets into daily actions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve challenges effectively.
