We are supporting a large, government-backed aviation organisation operating and maintaining a modern rotary-wing fleet across operational, training, and mission-critical programmes. The organisation delivers aircraft maintenance, airworthiness, and technical training to international regulatory and safety standards.

Due to ongoing programme requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced H145 Instructor to deliver maintenance training and support the development of high-quality aviation training programmes.

The Role

• Deliver classroom, field, and on-the-job training for aviation maintenance personnel
• Teach core maintenance subjects including avionics, A&P, Human Factors, SMS, TAMMS, PPE, tool control, and corrosion
• Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of training materials and course syllabi
• Conduct trainee assessments, evaluations, and remedial training where required
• Maintain accurate training records and collaborate closely with other instructors and training management

Must-Have Requirements

• Valid EASA Part 66 B1.3 Licence
• Diploma in an aviation-related subject
• Aviation Instructor certification
• Minimum 5 years experience teaching aviation maintenance subjects (avionics, A&P, Human Factors, PPE, tool control, corrosion, TAMMS, SMS, etc.)
• Airbus H145 Type Rating
